Hang in there, for Dixon is right. Funny how those around you always claim how easy all of this is.

I live in Missouri and helped a producer gain a program involving NASCAR guys over the internet. We actually produced programs, doing so based on the timeline Charter had claimed regarding the change to broad band...sigh....so we were stuck with ancient playing field.

Now I am slowing down my push as I realize the black swans on both coasts don't get exponential meeting with linear...for now, we learn the true definitions of tenacity, determination and true grit.

We don't use a business plan.

If you mean the format of a 6 slide deck, it's:
Team
Problem Being Solved/Product Demo
Results/Traction
Market
Competition
Finances/Use of Proceeds

And really, it's about how YOU present the information. The slides are just a little anchor to work off of.

Yeah, my experience with CrossFit so far has been quick workouts - which I
love for efficiency, but agree may be too short for some sports
conditioning.

I do know there's CrossFit Endurance, and I may check it out soon.

And yes, Gym Jones is unreal!

Gym Jones stuff is AMAZING, CrossFit too. I sometimes feel CF workouts may be too short depending on your sport. Either way both are simply awesome!!!!!!!

Very cool. I can definitely see the benefits in a sport like rowing...

But would it work for the traditional sports? Football, hockey, basketball,
baseball? Lacrosse and soccer?

I can see the benefit in general fitness, but there has to be more work done
to train muscles toward certain activities.

... right?! (haha... I don't know the answer... just thinking out loud and
taking some of what @GymJones said).

You bet coaches are picking up on it. As a recently graduated collegiate rower from San Diego, we were indoctrinated into the CrossFit community early in my career by our head strength training coach and we used it on a regular basis. Often our head coach would jump in and began to enjoy it as much as we did, working up to learn kipping pull-ups.

In fact, during the summer when we would be off from training most of us stayed in San Diego to continue CrossFitting with our head strength coach as a way of keeping our fitness up. We wouldn't have been as successful as we were without it. I think coach's everywhere should be perking up their ears to the sounds of CrossFit.

And as far as web video goes, Cisco estimates 90% of internet traffic will be video by 2013. Pretty cool.

The play is insane. And Reece you're spot on in describing the advantages to getting game film online. This clip has to be considered a huge plus for the athletic department at that school, and the individual involved in that play, from a PR standpoint and just from a visibility standpoint. The whole web is moving toward more video, with sharing being a huge reason why, and you guys are on top of it.

Still can't get over that play! Sick!
